Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Click2Invite’s website, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Click2Invite allows users to create digital invitations, optionally using AI-assisted design tools, publish invitations to guests, and collect information such as RSVPs through forms. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and not barred from using the Service under applicable law. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to:

• Violate law or infringe others’ intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Upload malware, probe or bypass security, or interfere with the Service or other users.
• Send unsolicited bulk messages or harvest guest data for unrelated marketing without lawful basis and clear notice.
• Use the Service to harass, discriminate, or distribute unlawful or harmful content.

You retain ownership of content you submit (“User Content”). You grant Click2Invite a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, reproduce, process, display, and distribute User Content solely to operate, improve, and provide the Service to you and your guests (for example, rendering published invitations and storing RSVP submissions).

You represent that you have the rights necessary to grant the above license and that User Content complies with these Terms. We may remove content that violates law or these Terms, or that we reasonably believe creates risk for Click2Invite or third parties.

Outputs from AI tools are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before sharing it with guests. AI features are provided “as is” without warranty as to fitness for a particular purpose beyond what the law requires.

When you collect information from guests, you act as a controller (or similar role under local law) for that data in relation to your event. You must provide appropriate notices to guests, honor their rights where applicable, and only collect data you need. Click2Invite processes guest submissions on your instructions to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Certain features may be free or paid according to pricing shown in the product. If we charge fees, you agree to pay amounts and taxes indicated at checkout or in your plan. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create legal or security risk, or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, limitations, and dispute-related terms) will survive termination.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLICK2INVITE AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, AND EMPLOYEES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO CLICK2INVITE FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100), IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID FEES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE CASES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

You will defend and indemnify Click2Invite against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your User Content, your collection or use of guest data, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes, unless applicable law gives you a non-waivable right to bring claims in your home courts.

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. Material changes may require additional notice where required by law.
